Sound Bath
A sound bath is a form of sonic meditation to help unwind the mind. Soothing instruments create a tapestry of calming sounds to drift off to and rest, while lying comfortably on the ground.
Starting off with a gentle breathing excercise to unwind and slow down. Followed by a sound meditation of calming and peaceful sounds. Come in comfy clothes :–)

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow and grounding practice. The poses are held for several minutes at a time to target the body’s connective tissues. It is a balancing counterpart to the more active (yang) forms of yoga or any kind of active movement.
Looong and slooow poses, deep stretches & plenty of props to build cloud-like support structures.
